Hospitality Industry Summit 2026

The Hospitality Industry Summit returns to London this September for its most ambitious edition yet, bringing together over 600 senior leaders from hotels, restaurants, travel technology, and investment to address the defining challenges and opportunities shaping global hospitality in 2026 and beyond.
This year's theme, "The Human Edge", centres on what remains irreducibly human in an era of accelerating automation: the relationships, cultural intelligence, and service instinct that differentiate the finest hospitality experiences from everything technology can replicate.
The Summit's programme spans two full days and includes four keynote addresses, twelve curated roundtable sessions, and three working dinners designed to move beyond panel discussion toward genuine decision-making. This format, first introduced in 2024, has become the defining feature of the Summit's reputation: attendees leave with specific commitments and connections, not just insights.
Confirmed keynote speakers include the chief executives of two of Europe's largest hotel groups, the founder of a venture firm that has backed fourteen hospitality technology companies in the past three years, and a behavioural scientist whose research on service culture has influenced training programmes at properties in forty countries.
Roundtable topics for 2026 include talent retention in a competitive labour market, the commercial case for sustainability investment, AI deployment in front-of-house service, revenue management in uncertain demand environments, and the future of hotel loyalty.
Attendance is capped at 600 to preserve the quality of conversation. Applications are reviewed and attendance is by confirmation only. Hospitality121 members receive priority access to the waitlist.
